21st Century has been requested to conduct remuneration audits within an organisation, the purpose being to:

  • Validate payroll information
  • Test for internal equity and differentiated pay decision-making – varied analysis is done according to gender, race, level / job grade, individual job title and so on (as per organisation requirements)
  •  Correct anomalies over time, so that a more equitable pay process can be implemented, with recognition of the external market
