Customised benchmarking within a niche comparator group or industry, where an organisation needs to test pay practices for specialists in a defined market The methodology for these projects is to invite participation from a specific sample group as identified by a sponsor of the project. Thus, the customised (or ‘club’) surveys may be conducted within specific industries and target markets, and would include benchmarking of remuneration and incentive practices, along with broader employment issues such as benefits, severance pay practice, shift policy and the like, as dictated by the client. The club survey is typically used for a maximum of 25 roles, in order to keep the survey simple and thereby encourage participation from the comparator group. Please note that on a project of this nature, the lead time is typically 4 – 6 weeks after we have received all the information we need to start the survey, based on the availability of comparators. |
