JE^asy, our web based Job Evaluation system, offers a Job Profiling system that is fully integrated with the system. A job profiler is a system that captures the detail of a role in an electronic format. It includes all the required detail including competencies.

The Job Profiling system is completely flexible and can be customised to suit the clients’ requirements. It is aligned with the organisation’s structural information and positions, and any changes made to the organisation’s structure and position’s masterlist within JE^asy will automatically be updated on the profiling system.
