The Performance Enhancement Programme (PEP) and appraisal methodology is uncomplicated and facilitates the performance conversation between the manager and employee rather than replaces it. This includes tailor the system, process, forms and guideline booklets to the organisation.

For all employees with access to a computer, e-mails will be sent containing their appraisal forms making performance management an electronic process wherever possible.  Should an employee not have e-mail but have access to a computer, they will be able to complete their evaluation from any workstation.

The system will have the ability to provide progress as well as results reports.  These will be in the form of standard and ad hoc reports.  The end user will have access to a reporting tool which will allow them to create their own reports as well as access to a standard suite of reports.
